Common questions
What if the internet is off all day?
Billing, KOTs and printing work all day. Bills go to the cloud when the internet is back.
What if the PC breaks?
Sign in on a new PC and your menu, staff and bills come back from the cloud.
Can I print Gujarati dish names?
Yes. Item names can be typed in Gujarati and print on the bill and the KOT.
Can a waiter use a phone at the tables?
Yes. Add an Android phone as your second device; it shares the tables with the counter PC.
Is there a monthly internet cost?
DeviPOS does not need a fixed connection to bill. Any mobile hotspot now and then is enough for the backup.
Can I give staff meals as no-charge bills?
Yes. A no-charge bill needs a reason and a manager PIN, and is kept on record.
