Common questions
Can I bill by weight from a scale?
Not yet. Today you sell fixed packs (100 g, 250 g, 500 g) as items. Billing straight from a weighing scale is not available yet.
Can two counters bill at once?
Yes. Your licence covers two devices: two PCs, or a PC and an Android tablet.
Can I print the shop logo on the bill?
Yes. Add your logo, GSTIN, FSSAI number and a footer line.
Can customers pay by card?
Yes. DeviPOS records cash, UPI, card and split payments. The card machine itself is separate.
Is the bill size small enough for 58 mm paper?
Yes. Choose 80 mm or 58 mm paper and the bill layout fits.
Can I see sales for the whole festival week?
Yes. Pick last 7 days or any date range in Reports, and export to Excel.
