Do I need to buy a new printer?
Usually not. DeviPOS prints on any thermal printer with a Windows driver, 80 mm or 58 mm. If you need one, we suggest a tested model from a dealer near you.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Nothing changes at the counter. Billing, KOTs and printing keep working. Bills go to the cloud backup when the internet is back.
What if I don't renew?
You can still open old bills, reports and Excel exports. New bills stop after a 15-day grace period. The data on your PC is never deleted.
Can I use it on two devices?
Yes. A licence covers two devices: for example your counter PC and one Android phone or tablet.
Is there a charge per bill or per user?
No. Unlimited bills and staff. One yearly licence includes every feature, updates and cloud backup.
Do you help with setup?
Yes. We install DeviPOS, connect your printers and set up your menu with you, at your place or on a video call.
